Our story
Veteran and Family-owned. Community-focused.
Walden's Appliances has been serving Mattoon, IL and the surrounding communities with quality appliances, honest advice, and personal service you can count on since 1967. For 52 years, Earl Walden owned and operated Walden's TV and Appliance. In 2019, Earl retired and sold the business to Ron Saddoris and Joe Beck, who owned and operated it until late 2025. Just recently, business owners, Miles Cantrall and Blake Crockett purchased Walden's, adding it to their other business's All-Pro Heating, Air-Conditioning, & Plumbing in Tuscola, IL and Macari's Service Center in Shelbyville, IL. Walden's is open for business and now offers HVAC and Plumbing services along with appliance sales and repair.
